We work primarily with environmentally conscious businesses whose purpose and passion is to tread lightly on the planet. We help expose our client’s products and services to mainstream consumers, increase interest in the environmental industry, and move it forward faster. At 3 Elements, we treat our clients, employees and peers with the utmost fairness and respect.
Crystal Vilkaitis, Founder and CEO
After working in the green online scene for years Crystal Vilkaitis started 3 Elements, a marketing firm which helps environmentally and socially conscious businesses move forward, faster using social media, pr and marketing. Born and raised in Loveland CO, Crystal attended DeVry University year round and graduated with honors receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing at just 20 years old. She is a member of Sigma Beta Delta which is an International Honor Society for Business, Management and Administration, and was a 2007 International Femtor Emerging Leader Finalist for the eWomen Network Conference in Dallas.
Crystal is devoted to doing her part to tread lightly on the planet and educate others on how they can too. While she’s not twittering and being green, Crystal finds herself trying new beers, learning to play the harmonica, and getting down on the dance floor.

Emily Kirby, Account Manager
Recent college graduate from Colorado State University receiving a BA in Communication Studies, Emily Kirby was born in California but considers herself a Colorado native since she moved here when she was 3 and grew up in Highlands Ranch, CO. Lived and studied abroad in Granada, Spain and hopes to someday continue her travels around the world.
Dedicated to living an active healthy lifestyle, loves playing volleyball and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog, Indy. She hopes to one day have her own garden, learn sign language and continue to advance in speaking Spanish.
Joined 3 Elements Marketing September 1st after she convinced Crystal that having an intern like Emily would be like having a Swiss army knife, sharp, useful, multifaceted and everyone should have one 
Emily sure did impress Crystal and that’s why beginning 2010 she has agreed to come on board as 3 Elements first employee helping manage accounts and bring creativity and inspiration to the team.
