We help expose our client’s products and services to mainstream consumers, increase interest in the environmental industry, and move it forward faster. Crystal Vilkaitis, Founder and CEO
After working in the online scene for years Crystal Vilkaitis started 3 Elements, a social media agency which works with small to mid size business helping them understand how to effectively and efficiently market to their target audience through social media websites like Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, YouTube and blogging. Born and raised in Loveland CO, Crystal attended DeVry University year round and graduated with honors receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing at just 20 years old. She is a member of Sigma Beta Delta which is an International Honor Society for Business, Management and Administration, and was a 2007 International Femtor Emerging Leader Finalist for the eWomen Network Conference in Dallas.
Crystal is devoted to doing her part to tread lightly on the planet and educate others on how they can too. While she’s not twittering and blogging, Crystal finds herself trying new beers, learning to play the harmonica, and getting down on the dance floor.

Curtis Sullivan, Account Manager
Curtis graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2007 with his B.A. in English Liberal Arts and Writing. Most of his career has been spent serving non-profit and educational programs throughout the United States. He began his path into social media and web management in the late 90’s when he began creating personal websites and blogs using classic web formats as geocities, xanga, and angelfire; in early 2010 (after knowing Crystal Vilkaitis for over a decade) he began the conversations about leveraging and using social media professionally. Shortly thereafter, Curtis became a freelance social media professional providing results to clients (up to) 57% higher than initial projections.
Curtis keeps a smile on his face by being involved with and facilitating a Fort Collins, CO local Christian group, drinking American beers, writing, and trying desperately to stay up-to-date with the vastness of comic books.
